Training Quality Standard (TQS)South Birmingham College has been recognised as one of the best training providers in the country.The College, which has campuses in Digbeth, Bordesley Green and Hall Green, has been awarded the Training Quality Standard (TQS) (Dec 2008), a kitemark awarded by the Learning and Skills Council – a government body. The TQS is designed to recognise and celebrate the best organisations that provide high quality responsive training for employers in the areas of Health & Social Care, Childcare and Construction and is one of only a handful of training providers to have achieved excellence in three or more sector areas.
