Your Subject Gateway and Virtual Learning Environment

South Birmingham College operate a specially designed web site called ‘Subject Gateway’. The Gateway includes information on the Learning Resources available to assist you with your studies, a Students News page, and guidance on using College Computers and Software. Access to the College’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Moodle is also via the Subject Gateway.

The Virtual Learning Environment is the place to go for teaching and learning material specially designed for your course. It is an on-line learning zone and as such, you may find assignments, homework activities, discussion forum, tests, quizzes, interactive learning material, revision notes, teaching notes, on-line learning activities, schemes of work, and much more.
